We have 5 cemeteries in our district. The cemeteries are Shady Grove and Whispering Pines (both in Portola), Vinton (which is in Vinton), Chilcoot (in Chilcoot) and Sharkey which is considered near Beckwourth. All 5 cemeteries are in Plumas County and are in about a 30 mile radius of each other.
Portola Cemetery District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Portola Cemetery District
